Grocery Anchored multi-tenant retail center

  • Good credit grocery store
  • Strong grocery sales for the market
  • Well located with high vehicle per day counts
  • Stabilized or value add centers
  • $5 to $30 million


JHS is actively seeking irreplaceable hospitality properties in exceptional locations in secondary and tertiary markets, with multiple drivers and barriers to entry.

  • Well located properties
  • 100 to 400 keys
  • $5-$40 million
  • Value add potential through PIP or re-branding to a major hotel chain
  • Full service, select service, limited service, and extended stay properties, as well as flagged and independent hotels
